This Citrus Ginger Green Tea Spritz balances tannic green tea, bright citrus, warming ginger, and sparkling water for a drink that feels intentional, adult, and satisfying.
Citrus Ginger Green Tea Spritz

Ingredients
- - 3 oz strong-brewed green tea, chilled
- - 2 oz fresh orange juice (blood orange if available)
- - 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- - 1 oz ginger syrup (recipe below)
- - 2–3 oz sparkling water
- - Ice
Optional Garnish:
Orange peel, fresh ginger slice, rosemary sprig, or lemon twist
Method
- 1. Fill a wine glass or rocks glass with ice.
- 2. Add chilled green tea, orange juice, lemon juice, and ginger syrup.
- 3. Stir gently to combine.
- 4. Top with sparkling water.
- 5. Garnish lightly and serve immediately.
Ginger Syrup
Ingredients
- - 1 cup fresh ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced
- - 1 cup water
- - 1 cup sugar or honey
Method
- 1. Combine ginger and water in a small saucepan.
- 2. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook 10–15 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Strain out ginger slices.
- 4. Return liquid to pan, add sugar or honey, and stir over low heat until dissolved.
- 5. Cool completely and transfer to a clean jar.
Storage
Refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Shake gently before using.
